The five-bedroom house on Julep Drive closed at its full asking price, leading a week in which the five highest-priced reported home sales across the Indianapolis metro area combined for $9.70 million. Behind it came a Pittsboro estate with a professional-grade automotive facility, homes in Carmel’s Arts & Design District and Jackson’s Grant community, and a Pendleton equestrian property whose house dates to 1879.

The five sales span Wild Air, Pittsboro, Carmel and Pendleton, and their build years run from 1879 to 2026. The listing agents behind this week’s Indianapolis home sales list work with Century 21 Scheetz, Janko Realty Group, Compass Indiana, LLC and Jeff Boone Realty, LLC.
