The five highest-priced home sales reported in Ann Arbor Area, Michigan for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $8.24 million. Every one of them was in Washtenaw County: three in Ann Arbor, one in Plymouth and one in Dexter.
The group spans nearly a century. Two of the five are new construction, including the only condominium on the list, and the oldest home dates to 1927. Four are single-family homes, ranging from a downtown-adjacent neighborhood setting to more than five acres of countryside.
No. 1 — $2,347,115 · 244 Barton Shore Dr #1, Ann Arbor, Michigan

The week’s top sale was a new home in Barton Hills, the forested Ann Arbor enclave. The Tudor at 244 Barton Shore Drive, built in 2026 and the newest of the five, sold for $2,347,115, its full asking price.
It was built by Cranbrook Custom Homes to the company’s Seneca design, a modern take on the Tudor finished in brick and HardiPlank-type siding. The home sits on a wooded 2.22-acre lot on a cul-de-sac, with a side-facing three-car garage. Inside are five bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath across 4,561 square feet on two stories, plus a full basement. The primary suite is on the main floor, and the plan centers on a two-story great room. There is a designer kitchen with a center island, backed by a walk-in pantry that doubles as a prep kitchen, along with a family dining area, a dedicated office and a separate laundry room. An outdoor covered lanai was among the options the builder offered.
Barton Hills itself is much of the appeal. The community is known for its forest, rolling hills and architecture, and its amenities include a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, a restaurant and bar, and a boat launch. The home is steps from Barton Pond and minutes from the Barton Hills Country Club, which is owned by its members and has been redesigned.
Jade Mazzola of Berkshire Hathaway Snyder & Co was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, the one sale this week with the same agent on both sides.

No. 3 — $1,395,000 · 6411 Lapham Ct, Plymouth, Michigan

At 6411 Lapham Court in Plymouth, a brick Colonial built in 2001 sold for $1,395,000 after a top-to-bottom renovation by its sellers.
