A renovated Deer Creek residence at The Landings on Skidaway Island sold for $2.30 million, the highest reported home sale in the Savannah, Georgia metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026.

Savannah, Georgia Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Marsh Bridge Lane Home Tops the Week at $2.30 Million

The house at 2 Marsh Bridge Lane came out of an almost complete renovation with new hardwood floors, a reimagined kitchen and a great room framing marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views, and it went under contract 8 days after the current listing date. It was the highest of five reported sales across the metro area, which combined for $7.59 million.

The five sales span Savannah, The Landings, Habersham Woods and Pooler. The Landings on Skidaway Island appears at Nos. 1, 2 and 3, and the build years run from 1974 to 2022.
