Land and room to spread out set the tone for the week ending November 1, 2026, in Albany Area, Georgia. The five highest-priced home sales reported for the week came to a combined $2.589 million, and they range from a country property laid out for hunting and riding to a low-maintenance patio home in a gated community.
Lee County accounts for three of the five sales, with two in Leesburg. Every sale on the list is a single-family home, and in two of them the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
No. 1 — $677,000 · 3341 Worth County Line Rd, Albany, Georgia

The week’s top sale, at $677,000, is a rural property in Albany set up as much for time outdoors as for daily living. Part of the land has been cleared, and the rest is left wooded as wildlife habitat. An internal road system and maintained trails serve ATVs, walkers and riders on horseback. Food plots are already established, and the listing describes the land as home to deer, turkey and quail as well as smaller game. There is also a natural spring near the front. A 24-by-48-foot shop, built in 2023, has room for tractors, utility vehicles and other equipment, and water comes from a well with a five-stage filtration system.
The custom-built home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,392 square feet of living space, including two primary suites. One is on the main level; the other is upstairs, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The formal entry has a ceiling of about 18 feet. The kitchen pairs solid cherry cabinetry with granite countertops and has double ovens, a gas cooktop, a center island and a breakfast area. It opens directly to the family room, which has a wood-burning fireplace. A bonus room is now set up as a theater, and the home also has a dedicated office and a mud room.
Outside, a wraparound porch runs along the front, and balconies on the upper and lower levels at the back look out over the land. The property last sold for $499,900 in 2022.
