No. 1 — $1,175,000 · 1723 Mineral Springs Rd., Conway, South Carolina

Top home sale No. 1 in Conway & Inland Horry Area, South Carolina β€” 1723 Mineral Springs Rd., Conway, South Carolina, week ending November 1, 2026

The top sale of the week was also the largest home and the largest piece of land in this Top 5: a custom ranch built in 2018 on 11.01 acres on Mineral Springs Road, outside Conway’s city limits, which sold for $1,175,000. It is the only home in the group that was not built this year, and the property last sold for $100,000 in 2015, before the current home was built.

The single-story home has six bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and 4,242 square feet of living space. Ten-foot ceilings and eight-foot doors set the scale of the open main living area, which has a gas fireplace, and the plan also makes room for a separate sitting room and an office. In the kitchen, two islands handle prep work and seating, with granite counters, custom cabinets, a double oven and a walk-in pantry lined with built-in shelves.

The primary suite sits apart on the left wing of the home. Its bathroom has double vanities and a shower with two systems, each with its own temperature control, rain and handheld fixtures and a corner bench, with tile running to the ceiling. A separate accessory bedroom suite was built for full accessibility, with barn doors, a zero-entry shower, grab bars and lowered closet shelving.

Outside, the saltwater pool is in-ground and can be heated or cooled, and it is joined by a hot tub and a wading pool. The outdoor kitchen has a half bath nearby, there are propane connections for a grill and a firepit, and dense woods on the acreage give it privacy. The four-bay garage includes 600 square feet of unfinished bonus space, and a 2,400-square-foot metal barn has carports on both sides.

Lance G Molinaro of Century 21 The Harrelson Group was the listing agent, and Melissa Reta of Realty ONE Group Dockside represented the buyer in the week’s highest-priced sale.
