Springfield, Massachusetts Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Longmeadow Claims Three Spots as a Holland Lakefront Home Sells for $1.08 Million

The four-bedroom house at 430 Mashapaug Rd occupies 3.27 acres, and it closed $105,101 above its final asking price of $975,000 after going under contract 3 days after the current listing date. It led five reported home sales in the Springfield, Massachusetts metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026, that together totaled $4.62 million.

The five sales span Holland, Longmeadow and East Longmeadow, with three of the closings in Longmeadow. The homes range from a 1931 residence in the Kibbe Tract to a Colonial completed in 2025 in East Longmeadow, and Kristin Fitzpatrick of William Raveis R.E. & Home Services represented the listing side of two of this week’s five highest-priced reported sales.
