A three-bedroom residence at Victoria Place in Kakaako sold for $4.70 million, the highest-priced home sale reported in the Urban Honolulu metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026.

Urban Honolulu, Hawaii Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: 2024-Built Kakaako Residence Leads at $4.70 Million

The week’s leading sale, a corner end unit completed in 2024 in Ward Village’s newest development, takes in views of the Pacific Ocean, the boat harbor and Diamond Head from Kakaako. Its August 31 closing at $4.70 million topped five reported sales across the metro area that combined for $16.88 million.

All five of the week’s top reported sales were in Honolulu, spanning Kakaako, Kahala Area, Mariners Cove and Ala Moana. Build years range from 1942 to 2024, with residences along Ala Moana Boulevard joining single-family homes near Waialae Country Club and in Hawaii Kai.

No. 1 — $4,700,000 · 1100 Ala Moana Blvd #700, Honolulu, Hawaii

The residence sits in the building’s East-facing ’00 stack and looks out over the Pacific Ocean, the boat harbor and Diamond Head.
