A house completed in 2024 on a private corner lot in Perrysburg’s Villages at Canterbury sold for $949,000, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Toledo, Ohio metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The five leading sales RealtyWire tracked across the metro area that week combined for $3.43 million.

The closings were recorded in Perrysburg and Bowling Green, with Perrysburg holding the leading sale and the Nos. 2, 3 and 4 transactions. The list takes in a new-construction house in the Summerfield subdivision, an elevator-served townhouse in Brownstone Vill Levis Commons, a modernized historic home a block from the Maumee River and a Pheasant Farms house with an in-ground pool in Bowling Green.
