Spokane, Washington Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Latah Creek Valley Estate Tops the Week at $1.55 Million

A six-bedroom house on 12 acres along Latah Creek sold for $1,550,000, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Spokane, Washington metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The five leading sales RealtyWire tracked across the metro area that week combined for $5.67 million.

The week’s sales span Latah Creek Valley, Spokane, Indian Village Estates, Colbert and Wandermere Estates. Acreage runs through much of the list, from 12 flat acres along the creek to 6.54 acres with views across the Palouse and nearly 47 acres northwest of the city, and several of the properties pair a main house with a separate guest dwelling, shop or both. Build years on the list run from 1978 to 2006.

The sale closed on August 13, 2026.
