The five highest-priced home sales reported in Racine-Kenosha Area, Wisconsin for the week ending November 1, 2026, added up to $5.48 million. Four were single-family homes and one was a condominium, spread across Burlington, Twin Lakes, Kenosha, Union Grove and Wind Lake, with three in Racine County and two in Kenosha County.
The group ran from a ranch built in 1920 to one finished this year. Four of the homes are single-story, and in three of the five sales the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $1,600,000 · 27630 Rowntree Road, Burlington, Wisconsin

The top sale of the week was as much a working property as a home. It covers 33.03 acres in Burlington, and the land is set up as a hobby farm: horses are allowed, part of the acreage is tillable, and the grounds include barns, a pole barn and a garden shed.
The centerpiece of the outbuildings is a clear-span steel workshop of about 8,400 square feet. It has no interior support posts, a reinforced seven-inch slab, trench drains and in-floor heat, and it opens through four 16-foot doors, one of them 24 feet wide. It is the kind of space that could serve machinery, RVs, a collection of vehicles or horses.
The home itself is an all-brick ranch built in 2006, with 2,580 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them full and one a half bath. Inside are wood floors, vaulted ceilings, radiant heat and a granite kitchen with an island and a pantry. The full basement has ceilings of more than eight feet, is partly finished and has been framed for an additional suite, with direct access to the attached two-car garage. Outside are a patio and professionally landscaped grounds at the entry.
Jake Hansen of @properties was the listing agent, and Dominic Ecklund represented the buyer. @properties listed both of the two highest-priced sales in this Top 5.

No. 2 — $1,500,000 · 264 W Park Drive, Twin Lakes, Wisconsin

This 1920 ranch in Twin Lakes Park sits on about 108 feet of level frontage on Lake Mary, with a pier and a boat slip at the water’s edge. It is the oldest home in this week’s group and, at 1,931 square feet, the smallest.
The interior is open, with vaulted ceilings, wood floors and wood detailing throughout, and a stone fireplace anchors the living space. A wall of windows looks out over the water. The home has three bedrooms, including a primary suite, and three full bathrooms, and its gathering spaces open toward the waterfront. There is also a patio. The flat shoreline is suited to swimming, fishing and boating.
The home went under contract four days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price of $1.5 million. The property last sold for $450,000 in 2002.
Stephanie Parent of @properties was on both sides of the sale, as both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent. Hers was the second of the two @properties listings in this Top 5.

It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two full and one half, and two parking spaces in an attached underground garage. The property last sold for $627,300 in 2005.

No. 4 — $819,900 · 256 Hill Drive #Lt116, Union Grove, Wisconsin

The newest home of the week was completed in 2026 in Canopy Hill, a Union Grove neighborhood, and it was marketed as a 2026 Parade of Homes home. The ranch has a white board-and-batten exterior with natural stone and warm wood accents, and it sits on 0.36 acres with an attached three-car garage.
Its great room has beamed ceilings, a custom fireplace and oversized black windows, and the two-tone kitchen, with an island, opens directly to it. A butler’s pantry adds a prep sink, floating shelves and a wine refrigerator. Near the main living space is a home office with a built-in desk, custom cabinetry rising from floor to ceiling and a shiplap accent wall.
The home has 2,248 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a soaking tub and two vanities. There is also a full basement and a patio.
The home went under contract three days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price of $819,900. Kristin Day-Thiele of Bear Homes, LLC was on both sides of the sale, as the listing agent and the buyer’s agent.

No. 5 — $735,000 · 25805 W Loomis Road, Wind Lake, Wisconsin

This Wind Lake property is really two homes on one lakefront lot. The 1.10-acre parcel has more than 84 feet of level, hard-bottom frontage and water views that sweep across roughly 180 degrees.
The main home, a Cape Cod-style ranch built in 1950, has three bedrooms, one bath, vaulted ceilings, wood floors and an attached garage. Its full basement walks out to the lake through a pair of French doors. A separate cottage adds two bedrooms, one bath, skylights and a mudroom with laundry. Together they give the property five bedrooms, the most of any home in this Top 5, and two bathrooms across 2,043 square feet.
The lakefront has been reworked, with new patios of crushed granite, new fire pits and fresh grading and landscaping. At the shore are a roll-in dock with a swim deck and a solar-powered boat lift. The property last sold for $455,000 in 2021.
The home went under contract 15 days after it was listed. Michael Martin of REMAX Lakeside-West was the listing agent, and Michael Langenohl represented the buyer.
