The top sale of the week was a 40-acre property in Rochester that sold for $1,315,000. The home is reached by a private driveway about a quarter mile long, and the land has its own trails for walking and riding ATVs. Maple Valley Golf Course is about a mile away.

Built in 2002, the two-story home has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,585 square feet, the most living area of the five.
