These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Nashville Area (Tennessee) for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $16.63 million. All five homes are in Nashville, in Davidson County, spread across Melrose, Green Hills, Oak Hill, West Meade Village and West Meade Farms.
The group mixes eras. One home dates to 1910, two were built in this decade, including one new-construction home, and the others are from the 1990s and 2000. Three of the five sit on an acre or more.
No. 1 — $4,064,451 · 6049 Robin Hill Rd, Nashville, Tennessee

A brick home on Robin Hill Road in West Meade Village sold for $4,064,451, the top price of the week. Built in 1995, it is the only single-story home among the five, and it sits on a level lot of one acre. The listing describes it as a fully renovated mid-century modern. The property last sold for $1.2 million in 2024.
Living is all on one floor, across 6,050 square feet. All five bedrooms are on the main level, and the home has seven bathrooms, five full and two half. No. 2 — $3,540,000 · 1001 Halcyon Ave, Nashville, Tennessee

The oldest home in this Top 5 is a 1910 Craftsman on Halcyon Avenue in Melrose, and it sold for $3,540,000. It also has the smallest lot of the five, at 7,405 square feet, and the least recorded living area, at 4,143 square feet. That figure leaves out a detached accessory dwelling unit with 790 finished square feet, one bedroom, a full bath and a half bath. The property has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, five full and two half, and it last sold for $900,000 in 2025.
The primary suite is on the main floor, with a bath that has heated floors and a freestanding soaking tub, plus a walk-in closet. A stone fire pit sits just outside the suite. The outdoor space is unusually full for a city lot. There is a covered front porch and a covered rear porch with an outdoor kitchen, and the backyard has a heated gunite pool with an automatic cover. A turfed side yard and landscaped grounds complete it, and a two-car detached garage is reached from the alley. The home is steps from the restaurants, shops, parks and coffee shops of 12 South.
