Top home sale No. 1 in Napa–Sonoma Wine Country, California — 1129 Dealy Lane, Napa, California, week ending November 1, 2026

The week’s top sale is an estate of 22.82 acres on Dealy Lane in southwest Napa, set within the Los Carneros AVA. It sold for $13,850,000. The property last sold in 1999 for $5.6 million.

Around the home and its grounds are 6.8 acres of Pinot Noir vines, farmed by Walsh Vineyard Management. Neighboring wineries include Domaine Carneros, Artesa and Cuvaison.
