Top home sale No. 4 in Highlands-Cashiers & Western Mountains, North Carolina β€” 426 Meadowcrest Drive, Cashiers, North Carolina, week ending November 1, 2026

This home in the gated High Meadows community in Cashiers began as something else. Built in 2002 as the community’s stable, it was later converted into a residence, and it sold for $1,350,000.
