A guest suite is also on the main floor, and a back hall with tile floors leads past the laundry and a mudroom straight out to the pool. Upstairs, the primary suite has a spa-style bath and two large walk-in closets, and four more bedrooms share that level.

One side is a private guest suite with its own living room; the other has a bar, a home gym, a theater and a game room, and both open to the backyard. Outside, a heated saltwater pool is edged in blue stone, and a covered patio with retractable screens has a lounge area and an outdoor kitchen.
