These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Atlanta & South Fulton, Georgia for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $10.994 million. All five are in Atlanta, in Fulton County, and the list ranges widely: three single-family homes, one condominium and one townhouse.
The oldest of the group dates to 1956 and the newest was built in 2026. Two of the sales had the same agent on both sides, and two brokerages, Dorsey Alston Realtors and Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International, each listed two of the five.
No. 1 — $2,850,000 · 49 Huntington Rd NE, Atlanta, Georgia

A home by Harrison Design in Brookwood Hills sold for $2.85 million, the top price of the week. Built in 1999 and renovated throughout, it is a traditional brick home finished on all four sides, with hardwood floors, ceilings of 10 feet on the main level and an elevator that reaches every floor.
The kitchen is the center of the main level. It has quartzite counters, a large island, custom cabinets, Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf appliances that include a steam oven, and it opens to a breakfast area and a bright family room. A formal dining room sits off the entry, and the living room has a fireplace. Beyond the family room is a screened porch built around a tall stone fireplace, looking out on a level, fenced and newly landscaped backyard.
The home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,500 square feet. In the primary suite, the marble bath has heated floors, a soaking tub and an oversized shower, and there are separate walk-in closets. The finished terrace level adds a bedroom and bath, a gathering space and a soundproofed media room. There is also an infrared sauna and a three-car garage with room for a golf cart and an electric-vehicle charger. Brookwood Hills residents share a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and a playground. The property last sold for $1.6 million in 2020.

In Morningside, a custom home completed in 2025 sold for $2.4 million, just above its asking price of $2.395 million. The property last sold for $575,000 in 2020, before the current home was built.
The home pairs contemporary and traditional design in brick on all four sides. Inside are white oak floors, a floating staircase and designer tile, and copper gas lanterns light the exterior. The open main level centers on a kitchen with Taj Mahal quartzite, a waterfall island, Thermador appliances and a scullery-style pantry.
