The five highest-priced home sales reported in Pasco County, Florida, for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $6.62 million, from $2,200,000 at the top to $950,000 in fifth place.
Three of the five homes were built in 2021, and the oldest dates to 1975. Two of them sit on 10 acres or more, while the other three are on lots of less than half an acre.
No. 1 — $2,200,000 · 32641 Blueberry Hill Way, Dade City, Florida

A private paved road ends at this Dade City estate, where a 2007 home sits on 21.70 acres of pasture and greenbelt. It sold for $2,200,000, and the sale included the furnishings, along with a side-by-side utility vehicle and a zero-turn mower for keeping up the grounds.

Stone, block and HardiPlank-type siding make up the exterior, and inside there are hardwood and tile floors, crown molding and built-ins. A custom iron handrail follows the staircase. The home has front, rear and side porches, and the grounds include an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and a playground. A grid-tied solar system, owned outright, powers the main home and the carriage house, and the home also has a whole-house generator.

A barn and a workshop round out the outbuildings, and the oversized side-facing garage fits three vehicles. The property last sold for $650,000 in 2013.
