The five highest-priced home sales reported in Pasco County, Florida for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $6.197 million. The list stretches from boating neighborhoods along the coast in New Port Richey to acreage in Dade City and Land O Lakes, and to a planned community near the Suncoast Parkway.

Each of the five homes has four bedrooms, but the similarities largely end there. The group includes a three-story home with its own elevator, a canal home built in the 1980s, and homes with garages and workshops sized for motorhomes and boats.

No. 1 — $1,450,000 · 5777 Elisabethan Lane, New Port Richey, Florida

Top home sale No. 1 in Pasco County, Florida — 5777 Elisabethan Lane, New Port Richey, Florida, week ending October 25, 2026

The week’s top sale was a coastal-style waterfront home in Harbor Colony At Gulf Landings, a gated community in New Port Richey, which sold for $1,450,000. Completed in 2019, the three-story home sits on a saltwater canal behind a seawall, with no fixed bridges standing between the water out back and the open Gulf. The canal has a 10,000-pound boat lift and a large floating dock beside it.

Inside, the home has 3,035 square feet, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them full and one a half bath. A residential elevator serves every level. The main living spaces run together in an open plan finished with porcelain tile and crown molding, and the kitchen has a gas range, a walk-in pantry and room for seating at the bar. Besides the bedrooms there is a flex room that can serve as an office, a den or a guest room. The primary suite has a walk-in shower with two heads, dual vanities and a private water closet. On the third floor, two bedrooms share a broad balcony that looks out over the water.

The outdoor living centers on a heated saltwater pool and a heated spa set to take in the views to the west. An outdoor kitchen has a grill, a sink and an under-counter refrigerator, and an adjoining entertaining room with large glass sliding doors opens to the pool area, with a retractable awning for shade. The garage has room for at least five vehicles, 10-foot doors and a half bath that serves the pool. The property last sold for $135,000 in 2017, before the current home was built.
