The five highest-priced home sales reported in Santa Clarita Valley, California for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $6.16 million. All five are two-story single-family homes in Los Angeles County, four of them in the city of Santa Clarita and one in Saugus.
The group spans three decades of building in the valley, from a 1994 home in Valencia’s Northbridge community to two homes completed this year. Those two new homes, built to the same plan, are also the largest of the five.
No. 1 — $1,349,000 · 27032 Edgewater Ln, Santa Clarita, California

The top sale of the week is a lakefront home in Bridgeport, a master-planned community in Valencia with walking paths along the lake, small bridges and landscaped paseos. The home at 27032 Edgewater Lane sold for $1,349,000.
