The five highest-priced home sales reported in Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut for the week ending October 25, 2026 added up to $37.2 million. Three of the sales were in Greenwich, one in Riverside and one in Old Greenwich.
The group spans nearly a century of building. The oldest home dates to 1932, while two were built in 2025 and 2026. Four of the five are single-family homes; the fifth is a condominium in a gated association.
No. 1 — $11,600,000 · 7 Loch Ln, Greenwich, Connecticut

At the end of a quiet lane in Greenwich’s mid-country area, a gated stone English Manor home built in 2010 sold for $11,600,000. It sits on 3.22 level acres of lawns, specimen plantings and gardens, and at 11,373 square feet it is the largest of the week’s five homes.
The scale shows in the ceilings: 11 feet on the main level and 10 feet upstairs. Formal and informal living rooms and a kitchen with an island share the main floor, where large windows look out across the grounds. On the second floor, the primary suite has a sitting room, a home office, two walk-in dressing rooms and two bathrooms of its own, and four more bedrooms there each have a bath. The finished lower level adds a guest bedroom, a family room, a media room and a fitness center, along with space set aside for a future wine cellar. The home has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms (eight full and two half), five fireplaces, a back staircase and a five-car garage.
Much of the property’s life happens outdoors. The swimming pool measures 30 by 60 feet and has a spa, and it is overlooked by a stone pool house with high ceilings, its own fireplace, a kitchenette, a changing room, a full bath and room for sitting and dining. Elsewhere on the grounds is a guest house of about 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms, a kitchen, an office, a living room with a fireplace and an attached two-car garage. The property last sold for $6.9 million in 2020.
Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent, and Michele Tesei of Houlihan Lawrence represented the buyer. The sale was one of two Sotheby’s International Realty listings in this week’s Top 5, along with the No. 3 sale in Riverside.

The newest home in this week’s Top 5 is a cedar-clad home built in 2026 on a level 0.59-acre lot in Greenwich, which sold for $7,750,000. The property last sold for $1.59 million in 2023, before the current home was built.
With 9,520 square feet, the home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, seven of them full and one a half bath. Archways, stone finishes and taller-than-standard ceilings run through the interior. The kitchen, with an island and high-end appliances, opens to a large family room whose fireplace is faced in marble, and formal living and dining rooms sit apart from it. A guest bedroom is on the first floor. The remaining five bedrooms include the primary suite, and the plan also makes room for a study, a media room, a playroom and an exercise room, with a finished basement below.
Outside, a deck, a terrace and a balcony give the home its outdoor space, and a separate studio stands on the property along with a two-car garage.
