Central Panhandle & Forgotten Coast, Florida Top 5 Home Sales: Port Saint Joe Beach Home Leads at $2.9 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in Central Panhandle & Forgotten Coast, Florida for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $9.265 million. All five were single-family homes, and each was in a different town, stretching from Panama City Beach and Lynn Haven in Bay County to Port Saint Joe in Gulf County and Panacea and Eastpoint in Franklin County.

Water runs through the list: the Gulf, a bayou, the bay. The homes themselves range widely, from one finished in 2024 to one built in 1973, and from a two-bedroom ranch to a pair of seven-bedroom homes. Two sales tied for second place at the same price.

Top home sale No. 2 in Central Panhandle & Forgotten Coast, Florida — 4734 Baywood Dr, Lynn Haven, Florida, week ending October 25, 2026

Few homes in this group have as much going on at the waterline as this brick Traditional in Baywood Shores Estates in Lynn Haven, which sold for $1,750,000. The 0.79-acre lot sits on a cul-de-sac and has about 130 feet of seawalled frontage on Upper Goose Bayou, with two private docks, a boat lift and a small private beach. Upstairs, a bonus room sits among the bedrooms, and a second, larger flex room could serve as a game room or another bedroom. That level also has its own kitchenette and laundry. The home has a two-car garage, a circular driveway and an electric fireplace.
