The five highest-priced home sales reported in Buffalo–Niagara, New York for the week ending October 25, 2026, added up to $5.16 million. Four of the homes are in Erie County and one is in Niagara County, and all five are single-family homes, in Clarence, Youngstown, Angola, East Amherst and Lancaster.
Two of the five sit on the water, two others have several acres of land around them, and the remaining sale is a renovated home on a court in East Amherst.

Built in 2012 by Tesmer as a custom home, it is the newest of the five. The exterior combines stone and vinyl siding, and inside the rooms are finished with detailed millwork. Formal living and dining rooms and a family room are arranged as an open plan. The kitchen has granite counters, an island, a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry, and there is a separate home office. The primary suite is on the main floor and has a walk-in closet.
