The group mixes four single-family homes with one condominium, and spans more than four decades of building, from a 1979 property with two residences to a home finished in 2025.
No. 1 — $1,745,000 · 71-1680 Puu Kamanu Loop, Kailua Kona, Hawaii

Puu Lani Ranch is a gated community set at the 2,000-foot elevation, with private roads over gently contoured land and Makani Golf Club across from it. The week’s top sale came from there: a single-story home built in 2025 on 1.48 cleared and landscaped acres, with mountain and sunset views.
The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,810 square feet, plus an attached two-car garage. Stacked-stone archways frame the rooms, and the main living area has 12-foot ceilings and a fireplace. The kitchen is the working center of the home, with granite counters and a six-burner Thor gas range. It also has two Bosch wall ovens, a 48-inch Thermador built-in refrigerator, a wine cooler and a concealed walk-in butler’s pantry. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace and a walk-in closet, and a sliding door leads out to an outdoor stone shower.
Outside, the in-ground pool is solar heated and lit, with a waterfall and a fire bowl. There are also two fire pits and a swing. Residents of the community share a clubhouse with a kitchen, a library, an exercise room and courts for tennis, pickleball and basketball, and for an extra fee there are barns, paddocks, an arena and riding trails.

In Waikoloa, a home built in 2018 in Kilohana Kai At Waikoloa sold for $1,300,000.
