The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Henderson-Boulder City Area, Nevada for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $7.88 million. All five homes are in Henderson, and two of them are new construction.
Three are two-story homes and two are single-story, and they range from just over 3,000 square feet to more than 5,300. Lake views, mountain backdrops and views of the Las Vegas Strip run through the group, along with pools, courtyards and club amenities.
No. 1 — $2,623,416 · 1532 Pleasant Bay Ct, Henderson, Nevada
The week’s top sale is a new-construction home on the water at The Island at Lake Las Vegas, a gated community in Henderson. Built by Blue Heron, the two-story home is designed around indoor-outdoor living, with an open plan and broad windows that look out over the lake and the mountains beyond.
The home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,335 square feet of living space, the most bedrooms and the largest living area among the five homes. The primary suite is on the main level, and the great room has a gas fireplace. Porcelain tile covers much of the floor. Outside are a deck and a patio, set within desert landscaping on a 0.26-acre lot, and the attached garage has room for four cars, the most of any home in the group. The Village at Lake Las Vegas, with its restaurants, shops, concerts and water sports, is close by, as are several golf courses.
