No. 1 — $7,200,000 · 8552 E County Highway 30a, Inlet Beach, Florida

The week’s top sale was also its oldest and smallest home. Built in 1969, the one-story beach home in Seacrest sits on 0.48 acres on the Gulf. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,000 square feet of living area.
The home went under contract 23 days after it was listed. Larell Paradise of Christies International Real Estate Emerald Coast was the listing agent, and Brad Reese of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $6,917,500 · 344 Sand Cliffs Dr, Inlet Beach, Florida

Sand Cliffs is a gated beach community on Scenic Highway 30A where rentals are not allowed, and this home sits on a high bluff on the Gulf, with the beach just past its back door. The lot is on a cul-de-sac, and a path of patterned pavers leads to the front door.

The property last sold for $715,000 in 2018, before the current home was built.
