No. 1 — $9,750,000 · 26 Sea Garden St, Inlet Beach, Florida
26 Sea Garden Street sold for $9.75 million on September 2, 2026, the highest reported price in the metro area for the week. The custom home was completed in 2025 and holds five bedrooms and six baths across a reported 4,310 square feet, on a corner site south of County Road 30A in Alys Beach.
Listing materials identify Chancey Architecture as the designer and Arkon as the builder. The corner lot fronts a park looking onto Sea Garden Street, and Venetian plaster runs through the interiors alongside upgraded fixtures, finishes and appliances.
