No. 1 — $999,999 · 68 Hearthstone Drive, Gansevoort, New York

The top sale of the week was a custom home at 68 Hearthstone Drive in Gansevoort, which sold for $999,999. Built in 2006, it is the oldest home on this week’s list. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,351 square feet of living space on 0.65 acres, along with a fireplace, a full finished basement and a three-car garage. The property last sold for $668,000 in 2006.

No. 2 — $999,000 · 6 Jones Road, Saratoga springs, New York
