Two of the five are new construction: one was finished in 2025, and the other sold before it was built. The list also takes in a lakefront estate, a golf course home and the largest piece of land in the group.
No. 1 — $3,999,900 · 3801 Jackson Bend Dr, Louisville, Tennessee

The top sale of the week was a lakefront estate in Jackson Bend, in Louisville, where 3801 Jackson Bend Drive sold for $3,999,900. The property sits on Fort Loudon Lake with more than 550 feet of shoreline, which has been newly reinforced. Its 8.10-acre lot is private, with level ground as well as a rolling slope.
Built in 2000, the home has 6,648 square feet, the most of the five, along with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, four full and two half. Custom iron doors open at the entry, and the water is in view from the rooms inside. The record lists the style as contemporary, while the listing describes a Mediterranean estate. There are five fireplaces, an elevator, a kitchen island and floors of wood, tile and carpet, and the finished basement has its own exterior entry.
Outside, the grounds include an in-ground pool and a tennis court, and the home has a covered porch, a patio and a balcony. The three-car garage faces the rear. The property last sold for $1.91 million in 2020.
