
These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $14.394 million. Three of the five were in Washington County, in Slinger, Hartford and West Bend, while the others were in Hartland in Waukesha County and in the city of Milwaukee.
The group spans more than half a century of building, from a lake home of the early 1970s to a contemporary finished just last year, the only new construction among the five. Keller Williams Milwaukee North Shore listed three of the homes.
No. 1 — $3,504,000 · 3890 Maxon Drive, Slinger, Wisconsin

The top sale of the week was a contemporary ranch completed in 2024 on 4.76 wooded acres in Cedar Creek Estates in Slinger. Its design takes its cues from mid-century modern architecture, with walls of glass that open the rooms to the outdoors and a brick and stone exterior.
The home has about 6,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The primary suite, which has a fireplace, is on the main level, and the other three bedrooms are on a finished walk-out lower level with full-size windows and ceilings over eight feet. Inside, the finishes include Porcelanosa surfaces, engineered walnut floors and vaulted ceilings. The home has two living areas and two kitchens, one fitted with a pair of BlueStar ranges and Sub-Zero refrigeration, along with a dedicated art gallery.
Accordion doors lead outside to a patio and an in-ground pool. The grounds also include two fire pits and a sport court, and the home has a sauna. A heated, attached garage has room for three and a half cars.

No. 2 — $3,500,000 · W321N7631 Silver Spring Drive, Hartland, Wisconsin

No. 3 — $2,800,000 · 1433 Glendalough Court, Hartford, Wisconsin

The largest piece of land in this week’s group is an 8.06-acre property in the Emerald Preserve community of Hartford, where a ranch home built in 2012 is surrounded by woods, with a creek on the land and views of Holy Hill. Horses are allowed on the property, which also has a garden shed and eight irrigated raised garden beds.
There are several places to spend time outside, among them a deck, a patio and a three-season room, and for cooking outdoors there is a wood-fired pizza oven and a Brazilian barbecue. The kitchen looks out over the grounds.
