These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Phoenix metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $46.845 million. Scottsdale and Paradise Valley each had two of the five, and the fifth was in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix.

The group runs from a sports-filled estate on more than four acres to a furnished golf-club home on a lot of a little over 6,000 square feet. Two of the homes are new construction, and the oldest dates to 1962.

The estate in Prado Estates, in North Scottsdale, has a regulation-size basketball gym set 15 feet below ground, with a professional scoreboard, a loft, a locker room and its own parking. The court can also be set up for pickleball. According to the listing, more than 60 NBA players have visited over the years.

The contemporary home was built in 2017 and sits on 4.42 acres with views of the mountains and the city lights. At 21,410 square feet it is the largest of the five homes, with seven bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, eight full and nine half, along with a nine-car garage. Costa Rican-inspired wood ceilings and Chicago brick accents run through the interiors, and an Elan system controls the smart-home features. A display room built for sneakers has 290 pairs of Michael Jordan shoes on view, with space for 325. A jogging track measuring three-tenths of a mile circles the grounds, and a 1,551-square-foot guest house with two bedrooms has its own entrance. For children there is a playroom and an enclosed grassy area. The property last sold for $920,000 in 2014, before the current home was built.
