Chandler’s Fulton Ranch holds the only sale on the list outside Scottsdale. The five sales span La Tierra Estates, Pima Acres, Whisper Rock, Fulton Ranch and Paradise Valley Farms, with build years running from 1968 in Paradise Valley Farms to 2026 in La Tierra Estates and Whisper Rock.
No. 1 — $7,995,000 · 9635 E Desert Cove Avenue, Scottsdale, Arizona
A newly completed residence in La Tierra Estates, marketed under the name Cala, sold for $7,995,000 on September 9, 2026, the highest price reported in the Phoenix metro area for the week. Patterson Homes built the house, which has seven bedrooms and a reported 9,431 square feet. The property previously changed hands for $1,450,000 in 2025, before the current residence was completed in 2026.
Inside, millwork beams cross a 20-foot ceiling, a see-through limestone fireplace anchors the great room and natural fieldstone runs the full height of the walls.
