The property previously changed hands for $650,000 in 2024, before the current residence was completed in 2026.

The five highest-priced home sales reported across the Raleigh metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026 combined for $10.97 million and span Six Forks, Bella Vista, Five Points, Townes at Carlton Pointe and Swans Mill, with the list reaching past the city of Raleigh into Rolesville. The oldest of the houses dates to 1994, and the others were completed in 2025 and 2026.
