The list reaches across Hasentree, North Raleigh, Cary, Chestnut Hills and Southern Hills Estates. Newly built homes carried much of it β the North Raleigh, Cary and Chestnut Hills entries were all completed in 2025 or 2026 β and two of the closings sit on golf courses.
No. 1 — $3,565,000 · 7413 Hasentree Club Dr, Wake Forest, North Carolina
A custom Rex Bost residence in the Hasentree club community, originally designed as a Parade Home, brought the week’s highest price when it closed on September 3, 2026, at $3,565,000.
