A detached guest house with its own full bath stands behind 7111 Pinetree Rd, at the back of a Westham lot whose gardens have been featured in Historic Garden Week by the Garden Club of Virginia. The property went under contract 11 days after the current listing date and recorded its $2,100,000 closing on September 25, 2026.

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Richmond metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026 combined for $7.63 million, and all of them closed between September 21 and September 25. Henrico accounted for the Westham, Mooreland West and Westham Ridge addresses on the list, while the city of Richmond contributed a 1933 Tudor Revival in Grove Avenue Crest.
