The Raleigh metro area’s highest-priced reported home sale of the week came from Cary’s Regency Park Estates, where 105 Bronzewood Ct sold for $2.45 million on September 8, 2026. Built in 1998, the five-bedroom custom home has a reported 6,609 square feet and has had one owner; the property previously changed hands for $1,364,000 in 1998.
