The $6 million sale at 2701 35th Place NW covered a seven-bedroom, nine-bath house finished in 2026 on a corner site in Northwest Washington, with a reported 9,250 square feet behind a limestone-framed entrance. Settlement was recorded September 25, 2026, and listing materials identify LUXEN as the builder.

The five reported sales for the week ending September 27, 2026 combined for $20.02 million and spanned Observatory Circle, Vienna, Franklin Park, Lone Oak and Old Town North, reaching across the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland. New construction sits at both ends of the list, from the 2026 house in Observatory Circle to a 2025 condominium residence in Old Town North.
