Urban Honolulu, Hawaii Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Kakaako Tower Residence Tops the Week at $3.82 Million

The home that led the week sits on a high floor of Waiea, a 36-story tower of 174 residences in Ward Village, where 10-foot ceilings frame views of Diamond Head and the ocean from the kitchen, dining area, living room and both bedrooms. It was one of five home sales reported in the Urban Honolulu, Hawaii metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group that totaled $14.61 million.

The five sales span Kakaako, Beachside, Waialae Iki and Hoakalei-Kuapapa, with addresses in Honolulu, Kailua and Ewa Beach. Coldwell Banker Realty was the listing brokerage on both the No. 1 and No. 2 sales, each of them in Kakaako. The list also includes a 1968 single-level house with private beach access in Kailua and a residence in Ewa Beach still under construction, with completion estimated for November or December 2026.

The transaction carries a closing date of September 24, 2026. The home was built in 2016 and has a reported 1,910 square feet.
