Its September 23, 2026 closing led five reported home sales in the Portland metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group that came to $14.63 million combined.

The week reached from the open coast to the lakes: a water-view house at Pilot Point in Cape Elizabeth, a penthouse at Hobsons Landing on the Portland waterfront, an unfinished Sebago Lake project in Raymond and a beach cottage near Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport. The oldest homes on the list date to 1960 and the newest was completed in 2024. Every property on the list sits on or near the water.
