Deltona, Florida Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Intracoastal Home on Spyglass Lane Sells for $3.83 Million

A 1999 custom house at 2012 Spyglass Lane, on a private cul-de-sac where the Intracoastal Waterway runs deep and wide, sold for $3,835,000 on September 17. It previously changed hands for $1,495,000 in 2015, and the closing led five reported sales across the Deltona, Florida metro area that combined for $12.74 million in the week ending September 20, 2026.

The rest of the week’s list is coastal but for one entry: two closings inside Hammock Dunes at Palm Coast, a Flagler Beach house in Dolphin Cove with views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, and, well inland, a 2024 custom home on more than 27 acres at Pierson.

No. 1 — $3,835,000 · 2012 Spyglass Lane, New Smyrna Beach, Florida

The five-bedroom, five-bath residence was built in 1999 and carries a reported 4,168 square feet. It sold for $3,835,000 on September 17, 2026.

The principal rooms face the water.
