A renovated waterfront house on a point lot in Flagler Beach sold for $3.30 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Deltona, Florida metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $10.35 million in Deltona-area real estate.

The sales were recorded in Flagler Beach, Palm Coast and New Smyrna Beach, with Flagler Beach and Palm Coast each represented twice. Water figures in all of them: Intracoastal frontage on the leading transaction, a canal-side homesite inside the Hammock Dunes golf community, direct oceanfront in New Smyrna Beach and a top-floor resort residence facing the Atlantic. Build years run from 1982 to 2024.
