The group runs from a 1977 beach house to newly built residences finished this year, and the waterfront settings include Atlantic oceanfront and a private lagoon on the Tomoka Preserve.
No. 1 — $2,100,000 · 6007 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Direct Atlantic frontage defines the five-bedroom, four-bath house at 6007 S Atlantic Ave, set on a southern stretch of New Smyrna Beach bordered by open space. The house fronts a no-drive section of the beach, according to the listing.
