An oceanfront house on the south end of New Smyrna Beach sold for $2.10 million, tying an Ormond Beach estate that closed at the same price at the top of the Deltona, Florida metro area’s reported home sales for the week of August 10 through 16, 2026. The metro’s five highest reported sales combined for $8.66 million.

The five sales span New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach, and both New Smyrna Beach and Ormond Beach account for more than one closing on the list. The group runs from a 1977 beach house to newly built residences finished this year, and the waterfront settings include Atlantic oceanfront and a private lagoon on the Tomoka Preserve.
