These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Wilmington Area, North Carolina for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they totaled $28.55 million. All five are in New Hanover County: three in Wilmington, one in Wrightsville Beach and one in Kure Beach.
Landfall in Wilmington accounts for two of the five, including the top sale. The group runs from a home built in the late 1990s to one finished this year, and two of the sales were handled on both sides by the same agent.
No. 1 — $10,000,000 · 2316 Ocean Point Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina

The week’s top sale was a French-inspired estate on the Intracoastal Waterway in Landfall, the private gated community in Wilmington. It sold for $10,000,000. Dietsche + Dietsche Architects designed the home, completed in 2023, and drew on the hΓ΄tels particuliers of Paris, with an emphasis on symmetry, classical proportion and fine handwork.
The exterior is brick under a Virginia slate mansard roof, and copper gas lanterns and custom iron window boxes repeat the French detailing outside. From the waterfront, the views stretch across the Intracoastal Waterway toward Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island.
Inside, the home has five bedrooms, seven full baths and three half baths in 6,147 square feet, with high ceilings, detailed millwork, hand-crafted ironwork and Italian marble fireplaces. The primary suite is on the main level, with two dressing rooms, two marble baths, a clawfoot tub and a sunken European soaking tub. The kitchen is built around a La Cornue range and hood, with Sub-Zero refrigeration and a full butler’s pantry. A cherry-paneled library has built-in bookcases, illuminated wine storage, a marble bar and another of the marble fireplaces, and there is also an entertainment room, a smaller hearth room, an elevator and a safe room.
The rear grounds center on a French-style saltwater pool and spa with fountains and marble coping. The 0.57-acre property also has a pool house with a steam shower, an outdoor kitchen with a Lynx grill and a fireplace, and a five-hole putting green. The property last sold for $1.6 million in 2017, before the current house was built.
The Nick Phillips Group of Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale. The group listed a second home in this week’s Top 5 as well, the No. 3 sale, also in Landfall.
