Six bedrooms, a private pool and a tiered-seating movie room sit inside a 2022 house at 2355 Sandfiddler Rd Lot 13, on the four-wheel-drive beach north of Corolla, North Carolina, which sold for $1.90 million. It was the largest of five closings that together accounted for $5.22 million in the Virginia Beach, Virginia metro area during the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026.

The week’s addresses sit outside the city of Virginia Beach: the Carova Beach, Corolla Light and Swan Beach communities at Corolla, North Carolina, and Magnola Estates at Moyock, North Carolina.
