The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Tulsa metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, came to a combined $5.38 million. Two of the homes are in Tulsa, and the others are in Bixby, Owasso and Broken Arrow, spread across Tulsa, Rogers and Wagoner counties.
The group runs from a single-story Contemporary built in 1972 to a home built this year, and from a corner lot of less than half an acre to a country property of 6.89 acres. In three of the five sales, the same agent was on both sides.
