These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Toledo metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $7.17 million.
Perrysburg accounted for three of the five, all of them in Wood County, while the other two were in Holland and Maumee in Lucas County. The group spans nearly a century of building, from a home finished in 2022 to one built in 1938, and two of the five sit on the Maumee River.
No. 1 — $2,300,000 · 4003 McCallister Dr, Perrysburg, Ohio

The top sale of the week is also the newest and largest home in the group. Completed in 2022 in The Sanctuary in the Woods, the Traditional-style home sold for $2,300,000. It sits on a wooded 2.35-acre lot on a cul-de-sac, and its exterior combines stone with board-and-batten fiber cement siding. The property last sold for $275,000 in 2021, before the current home was built.
Inside, the home has 7,847 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, seven full and two half. Ceilings rise to 10 feet across an open main floor finished largely in engineered hardwood. The great room is anchored by a brick fireplace that runs from floor to ceiling beneath a pan ceiling trimmed in wood paneling. The kitchen has two large islands, a Thor gas cooktop and Thermador double wall ovens, and a walk-in butler’s pantry adds a second sink and a dishwasher.
The primary suite is on the first floor and opens to the covered patio. Its bath has two vanities and a tiled shower room with a soaking tub, and its walk-in closet, fitted with custom organizers, includes a washer and dryer. The same floor has a den, an office with built-ins, a guest suite and a craft room. Upstairs are a game room, a bonus room and a loft, and the finished lower level adds a family room, a second kitchen, a theater and an exercise room with its own bath.
Outside, a heated saltwater pool is fenced and set into the ground, and a covered dining and media area has a fireplace of its own. The property also includes an outbuilding of roughly 3,500 square feet with an epoxy floor, a mudroom and a full bath, which the listing suggests could serve as a space for indoor basketball or a golf simulator, or as storage for an RV or a boat. The home also has a three-car garage.
Richard T. Prokup of The Danberry Co was the listing agent, and Case McCarthy of HillMcCarthy Real Estate LLC represented the buyer. The Danberry Co had the listings on both of the week’s top two sales.
