WS Development and PSP Investments have secured a $660 million refinancing loan for One Boston Wharf, a fully leased, 708,590-square-foot office tower in Boston, Mass.’s Seaport District, retiring the project’s 2021 construction debt.

Boston and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released a draft plan for more than 20 coastal flood-protection projects, a roughly $10 billion program the city says would prevent an estimated $41 billion in future flood damage.
