A nine-room Cape on 1.04 acres in Longmeadow’s Blueberry Hill neighborhood sold for $915,000, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Springfield, Massachusetts metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026.

The five sales combined for $3.86 million and are spread across Blueberry Hill, Colony Hills, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow and Holland. Longmeadow appears more than once in the ranking, which runs from a 1939 Colony Hills house to a 2015 custom ranch and a lakefront home on Hamilton Reservoir.
