Four of the homes are in the city of Spokane, in the Rockwood, Comstock and Fairwood neighborhoods, and the fifth is in Spokane Valley. The group takes in a South Hill property with a pool, a custom home above a river valley, a brick ranch on a golf course and a builder’s model home.
No. 1 — $1,550,000 · 2122 S Helena St, Spokane, Washington

The week’s top sale came from Rockwood on Spokane’s South Hill, where a 1961 ranch-style home sold for $1,550,000. It is the largest of the five homes, with 5,918 square feet, eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property is made up of two parcels, and the level, secluded 0.98-acre lot is a corner lot on a cul-de-sac.
Brick veneer and wood siding cover the exterior. Inside, the open floor plan has floor-to-ceiling windows, wood floors and natural woodwork. The home has four fireplaces, and one of them is in the primary suite on the main floor, which also has a spa-style bath.
A second kitchen and in-law setup leads out to an oversized patio and an in-ground pool. The full daylight basement is finished, with a family and recreation area and walk-out access.
