The top sale of the week was a riverfront home in The Shores at Tranquility, a gated community in Titusville, which sold for $2,598,000. Built in 2026, it is the newest home in this group and also the largest, with 4,320 square feet of living space on two stories, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a four-car garage on 0.45 acres. The property last sold for $595,000 in 2023, before the current home was built.

Outdoor living centers on a covered lanai with wood-plank ceilings. There is also an outdoor fireplace, a full summer kitchen and an infinity-edge saltwater pool heated by gas, along with a heated spa and a fire pit, and the waterfront is navigable. The listing says the home has views of rocket launches from the Space Coast.
