Seabolt Real Estate held the listing side of three of this week’s five highest-priced reported sales.
No. 1 — $3,800,000 · 1654 Dublin Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia
The Ford Field and River Club produced the week’s highest reported sale: a house at 1654 Dublin Drive in Richmond Hill, built in 2013, that closed on August 3, 2026 for $3,800,000. The residence has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a reported 5,152 square feet on 2.3 acres fronting Lake Clara.
